Which services can be engaged alone
Any of the six catalogue services can be engaged independently. A short systems design consultancy is the common starting point, after which a client may continue into architecture, integration or programme management without obligation.
How engagements are priced
The practice works on fixed-scope packages for defined deliverables and on a time and materials basis for open-ended advisory work. Every proposal states assumptions, exclusions and what would change the estimate.
What happens to project records
